Hands down one of the best ramen spots in town right now! The broth is super rich and flavourful, noodles are perfectly chewy, and every bowl just hits the spot. I’ve tried a few ramen places in town, but this one really stands out when I’m craving a proper bowl of ramen.

Really enjoyed my visit to Kosuke Ramen. The broth was rich and deeply savoury without being overpowering, and the noodles had great texture with just the right bite. I like my ramen spicy, so I added extra spice, which lifted the flavours nicely without overwhelming the broth. Toppings were generous and well balanced, especially the chashu which was tender and full of flavour. Service was efficient and the space had a relaxed, no-frills vibe that suits quality ramen. Solid spot for a comforting, well-executed bowl, would happily return

Worth Trying. "We have Japan at home"! Comes to mind. Sydney is blessed with genuine Japanese operated Ramen joints, and this one is great representation. Reasonable prices, high quality and fresh with good drinks too. Signature Tsukemen - I find the dipping sauce too runny. It doesn't really cling to the noodles, which are straight and not curly enough to hold the thin soup. The concentration is fine - enough that you can drink by the spoonful, but it gets too cold too quick. The noodles are over done in my opinion, soft and flaccid. The egg came out meh. Kaarage Chicken - perfect. Great portion and pricing too. Takes AMEX. No parking.

Been a regular at Kosuke, loved the quality and selection of ramen and Tsukemen. I always go for the large size Tsukemen because I can never get enough of it Some of the unique Ramens I don't see too much of is their Tori Paitan, Kyoto style, and niboshi ramen, worth giving these a try also.

I’m a ramen fan and have tried many ramen restaurants across Sydney, at all price points. With such high ratings, I knew I had to try this place, and it didn’t disappoint. I visited around 7pm on a rainy Wednesday evening, and the restaurant was still quite busy. The lady attending to the tables was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered one of the Specialty ramen (I can’t recall the exact name) and added extra pork chashu, along with the chicken katsu. The portions were huge, and the ramen bowl was massive. While I wasn’t the biggest fan of the pork neck, the chashu pork was absolutely delicious. The broth was thick, rich, and full of flavour. The chicken katsu was decent as well, with an impressively large portion. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal and definitely worth a visit for ramen lovers.

Might be the best Tsukemen I've had. The dish is presented beautifully and every single component in the ramen tastes great. The broth has that rich seafood umami, but is balanced with just the slightest tinge of sourness that finishes great on the tongue. The thick broth also hides generous chunks of pork that makes digging through the dish feel like a treasure hunt. The ramen itself isn't as thick or chewy as other tsukemen, but it does a fantastic job of soaking up the broth and making a delicious slurp. It also comes with two roasted slices of chashu with thick porky flavour and a single soy-marinated chashu that really brings out the savory sweetness of roasted soy. Egg is soft and melty in the middle with bamboo shoots and seaweed to add texture to the whole experience. A great tsukemen experience and I would recommend anyone to try it!

On a hot and muggy Saturday, I paid a visit to Kosuke Ramen - Honten in North Strathfield. Arrived around 2pm so no queue for a table. Ordered a Tori Tsukemen. The chicken dipping sauce was outstanding. Great chicken flavours that coat each noodle as it was dipped. Extra pork pieces were also added to the dipping sauce. The serving size of the noodles and toppings were generous. Great way to have ramen on a hot day.

Yum, delicious Ramen, like I was back in Japan, we arrived not long after they opened and we managed to order and was given a table, we got there just in time, as then there was a line not long after. It was mother's day today, we got 2 entrees to share and a main each, it reminded me being back in Japan, food was so good, food came out fast & service was excellent, definitely the best Ramen I've had in Sydney, so will be back
